Writing & Speaking
Writing is central to how I think, consult, and lead.
I write at the intersection of story and strategy — exploring neurodiversity, belonging, fundraising, youth leadership, governance, and systems change. Writing helps me diagnose complexity, clarify patterns, and translate lived experience into institutional insight.
My essays and talks often focus on:
Neurodiversity and learning differences
Belonging and accessibility
Fundraising and donor stewardship
Youth leadership and self-advocacy
Board dynamics and nonprofit growth
Community infrastructure and systems change
Through The RILEY Project and The LD Viewpoint, I use storytelling not as marketing, but as a strategy for visibility, trust, and reform.
If my writing resonates, that is often the first signal that we may work well together.
